Salary: £250 – £300 per day
Plant room fitter, Central London, CSCS, £250-£300 a day, 2-3 months
A leading FM company with contracts in hospitals, high end offices, and other commercial buildings currently have a key requirement for an experienced Plant room fitter based in London.
As the Plant room fitter, you will be: -
Plant room fitter will carry out regular PPMs on mechanical plant PPM's
Plant room fitter will be assisting with breakdowns on all Mechanical plant
Plant room fitter will be changing pipes, heavy duty water pumps, valves and cleaning strainers
Plant room fitter will be experienced with heating and cold pipework
Plant room fitter ideally with gas safe and TCP1, TCPA1 - higher rate applies
Requirements for the Plant room fitter: -
Plant room fitter must have a Level 3 Mechanical qualification
Must have CSCS card
Plant room fitter will work on site 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri
Plant room fitter will be within easy access to London
Plant room fitter to have fault finding and repair experience Mechanical plant
